Jeremiah Housing, Inc., founded in 1999, is a nonprofit housing program in business to serve the housing and healthcare needs of low-income and disabled older adults. Our mission is to provide an environment that promotes high quality of life at an affordable cost. We are licensed by the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene as an assisted living and waiver provider.

Jeremiah Housing, Inc. is dedicated to providing quality housing to its residents. We acquire single family homes in selected neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. Our homes are carefully chosen to ensure that they are located in secure settings within quiet, stable communities. Once selected, these homes are renovated, as needed, and made available to elderly families who meet the criteria for community-based housing.
